The spouse of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential
candidate February 11 distributed drugs and other relief materials
worth N135million to those affected by Boko Haram insurgency.
According to Leadership, Mrs Buhari expressed sympathy saying that “we cannot pretend not to see the situation you people are into”.
She lamented over their state putting a blame on the current administration incapable of handling the
country’s problems. Buhari’s wife added:
“I am not here for politics nor for religion but because we’re really touched by the condition you found yourselves; we are here to share your grief.”
